Pricing:

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT

Payment terms:

• Upfront payment by way of EFT, goods will only be shipped once we receive proof of payment and /when payment reflects in our bank account.
• We do not accept cash payments for security reasons.

Deliveries and Minimum order quantities:

• Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed
• Minimum order for wholesale is R1000
• Minimum order for free delivery is R5000. No free delivery for areas outside RSA.
• There will be no free delivery on bulk items (any items not branded or not on our wholesale price list)

Goods returned Policy:

• We will not except returns of expired stock
• If any goods are damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours and also indicate this on the courier waybill.
• In case of damaged or defective goods, we may require you to return the goods to us at our cost for quality control purposes.
• Credit notes will only be passed once we have received the faulty stock.
• Orders are triple checked before packing and signed off.

Export Customers (outside RSA)

Customers outside of RSA are responsible for 1) ensuring products meet requirements of their market 2) handling cross border shipment and associated paperwork and regulatory compliance 3) Exception for export outside RSA is Namibia, our couriers will handle all paperwork as long as you have an export code.
